All products are supplied hot-dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461 unless stated otherwise.

Galvanizing & Polyester Powder Coating
Subsequent to hot-dip galvanizing, a multi-stage process applies thermo-setting resins producing a significantly superior finish to painting. Polyester powder coating is available in any RAL or BS colour in full accordance with BS EN 13438. In order to meet this standard and receive certification,  the complete process has to be continuous and applied at the same location.

New Option - Anti-Graffiti Technology
A powder coating with an especially high polyerethane and silicon content, which is baked on to the metal producing a hard, impermeable surface. The result is an extremely resilient surface with very low porosity which has been tested to resist  the absorbtion of aerosol paints, enamel sprays and permanent markers.
